Condition of housing of farmer of fish there is standard which have with permanent house but partly still live in permanent semi house and is not permanent. Later;Then education of farmer of fish partly still lower (only alumna of SD and of SLTP) but its childs someone have been sent to school to other town depended from condition of economics all farmer of fish. So also with condition of food farmer of fish, where farmer of fish partly knowing not yet is important of nutritious food him so that for them have eaten have enough without thinking of do food that they eat with its family nutritious. Formula is problem of this research greeting is how life of economic social of farmer of fish in Area of Minapolitan Seberang Teluk Hilir District Kuantan Tengah Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi? And how strategy development of conducting in Area of Minapolitan Seberang Teluk Hilir District Kuantan Tengah Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi?. Result of research is Life of social farmer of fish in Area of Minapolitan Seberang Teluk Hilir District Kuantan Tengah Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi can be seen from storey level education of farmer of fish which still lower, later then the amount of family farmer of fish which more than 4 people, hereinafter farmer of fish have for the accomplishment of living cost every day, later then society farmer of fish always follow organization association of farmer of local fish, they feel to like with social activity which in character develop;build and marriage storey level in the middle of society farmer of fish in Area of Minapolitan Seberang Teluk Hilir that is counted 87,93%. Economic of farmer farmer of fish in Area of Minapolitan Seberang Teluk Hilir District Kuantan Tengah Sub-Province Kuantan Singingi can be seen from earnings of conducting result which still small if compared to the amount of family member, later then from additional Operating income able to add earnings of farmer in fulfilling requirement of family, hereinafter expenditure of farmer of higher level fish of its earnings so that farmer of fish make debt for the requirement of its life, and housing which is permanent semi house still majority with zinc roof, but that way permanent house also there are beside there is still its house of board which is have roof. Strategy development of fishery conducting in Area of Minapolitan Seberang Teluk Hilir in a condition have potency to so that very conducive to continue to be done by management and development maximally.
