Private vehicle population increases lead to the number of accidents that occur from year to year has also increased. A motorcycle is a vehicle that most dominated the occurrence of traffic accidents. This is because the driver of a motorcycle often neglect safety on him so that not a few of the drivers who violate traffic rules. This research aims to understand the perception of motocycl is tsperpetrators of violations against traffic safety drive components and the factorsthat affectthe safety of the driver's driving motorcycles. The Research method used is descriptive quantitative data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The selected location as a place of research is a Neighborhood of the city as the capital of the rock Chart Township of Sub Charts Sinembah respoden amount of research with as many as 55 people selected by quota sampling and coupled with the 2 people the informant.

The results of this study showed that of the 55 people who do the motorcycle driver traffic violations, there are 34 respondents (61.82%) berpersepsi positive or consider important to abide by the traffic policy for the sake of safeguarding the safety of themselves during the drive. 29 the respondents (52.73%) think it is important to complement the vehicle's attributes. As for the preparation of component drive, as many as 29 (52.73%) the driver of a motorcycle has a view do not agree or are not important to check the condition of the vehicle before starting the trip mileage reason with and unfamiliar. Factors that affect the safety of the driver's driving a motorcycle while the way is human factors, factor in the condition of the vehicle and the road in the form of road conditions and means of supporting the road.
