Pola Pencegahan Kebakaran Lahan Dan Hutan Di Kabupaten Pelalawan
The fires of land and forests in Riau Province lasted quite a long time and were difficult to extinguish because of the many fires on the land and forest. The most hotspots due to land and forest fires were monitored in Pelalawan District with 115 hotspots. This study analyzes 1) patterns of empowerment, supervision, and action to create sustainable and sustainable forests, 2) land and forest fire prevention models, 3) finding patterns of preventing land and forest fires against empowerment patterns, monitoring patterns and enforcement patterns. This study uses a survey method. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively using the mix methods approach. The results of the statistical analysis of the data by the partial correlation test of empowerment patterns (X1), supervision patterns (X2), and repression patterns (X3) are negative which indicate that the higher the pattern of supervision will be followed by a decrease in the level of enforcement, meaning that action is not necessary because the pattern of supervision has gone well and t count = 9.92. The t-count value is compared to t-table, where dk = n -1 = 100 -1 = 97. If the error rate is 5% for the two-party test, then t table = 1.966. It turns out that the t-count is greater than t-table (9.92> 1.96), thus the correlation coefficient found is significant which means it can be generalized throughout the population where the sample is taken.
