Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Guru Dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMK Negeri 1 Ujungbatu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher’s work motivation and headmaster’s leadership of the school on the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Ujungbatu District Rokan Hulu The population in this study is all teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Ujungbatu and using a sensus sampling techniques as samples amounting to 50 teachers. Data was collected by using questionnaires. Data was analysed by descriptive technique and multiple linear regression analyses. Descriptively, performance of teachers is included in the good category, teacher’s work motivation is included in the high category and headmaster’s leadership in include in the very good category. Teacher’s work motivation and headmaster’s leadership have a significant effect on performance of teacher’s with the regression equation Y=0,886 + 0,438X1 + 0,305X2 and contribute effect to performance teacher’s by 53,4%.
