Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggota Dan Kemampuan Manajerial Pengurus Terhadap Keberhasilan KUD Kusuma Bakti Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to determine the effect of member participation and managerial managerial ability on the success of KUD Kusuma Bakti cooperative. This research was conducted in KUD Kusuma Bakti Sialang Kubang Village, located in Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Kiri Regency, with a sample of 164 members. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with descriptive data analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the descriptive analysis show the participation of members included in the high category, managerial managerial ability included in the very high category, and the success of the cooperative included in the very high category. Multiple linear regression analysis found that the participation of members and managerial managerial capabilities simultaneously had a positive effect on the success of cooperatives by 17,937. Partially there is a positive influence between the participation of members on the success of the cooperative by 0.293, and there is a positive influence between the managerial managerial ability on the success of the cooperative by 0.360. The variable that has the biggest influence on the success of the cooperative is the managerial ability of the board.
