Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Inspektorat Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational
commitments and work motivation on employee performance Inspectorate
KabupatenKampar, located in Pramuka Sreet, Langgini, Bangkinang, Kabupaten
Kampar, Provinsi Riau.
The population of this study was 66 civil servants in Inspectorate
KabupatenKampar. The data were tested by using validity, realibity, classical
assumption test. The data were analyzed by using Multiple Regression Analysis
using the SPSS 23 for Windows program.
The results of determination coefficient (R2) are 0,718. It indicates that the
percentage of influence of work discipline, organizational commitments and work
motivation on employee performance is 71,8%. Meanwhile, the other 28,2% is
influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study.
