Analisis Pengaruh Total Quality Service (Tqs) Terhadap Customer Satisfaction Pada Victory Aerobic And Fitness Center Di Pekanbaru
This study aims to test the variables of Total Quality Service (Reliability,
Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible) simultanly and partially on
Customer Satisfaction at Victory Aerobic And Fitness Center. The object of this
research Is Victory Aerobic And Fitness Center at Pekanbaru. The population in
this study are customer of Victory Aerobic And Fitness Center amounting to 810
customers with sample of 89 customers.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as instrument, to test the
hypothesis in this study used multiple linear regression method and SPSS
program version 22. The sampling technique that has been selected is the non
probabilistic sampling method with purposive sampling.
The result of this study indicate that Total Quality Service (Reliability,
Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible) simultanly and partially have
significant influence on Customer Satisfaction at Victory Aerobic And Fitness
Center.
