Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Serta Retensi Pelanggan Lapangan Elang Futsal Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze the quality of services and prices to customer
satisfaction and customer retention in the field of Elang Futsal Ahmad Yani
Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all customers at Elang Futsal
Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru field services.
Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove
the results of research, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis
(path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that
was chosen was purposive sampling (all visitors of futsal fields who happened to
be renting or using the services of the Ahmad Yani Elang Futsal field in
Pekanbaru).
The results showed that service quality variables significantly influence
customer satisfaction, price variables significantly influence customer
satisfaction, service quality variables significantly influence customer retention,
price variables significantly influence customer retention, customer satisfaction
variables have a significant effect on customer retention.
