Pengaruh Penempatan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivasi Kerja Tenaga Paramedis Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Duri
The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of placement,
organizational culture on performance through motivation. This research was
conducted at the Duri District General Hospital No.10 Stadium street. Village
office Air Jamban, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The sample in this study
amounted to 110 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the
data used in this study is Path Analys (Path Analysis). Based on the results of
research in which the placement and organizational culture has an influence on
work motivation with a determination value of 61.4%. While placement,
organizational culture and motivation have an influence on the performance of
paramedics at the Duri Regional General Hospital, with a value of determination
of 71.4%. As well as the placement of cultural and cultural influences on the
performance of medical paramedics at the Duri Regional General Hospital
through motivation.
