Analisis Gaya Hidup Segmen Achievers terhadap Perilaku Pengguna Kartu Kredit Master Card Pada Bank Negara Republik Indonesia 46 Cabang Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of achievers
segmentation lifestyle on the behavior of credit card users on Bank Negara
Republik Indonesia 46 Cabang Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all
customers of Bank Negara Republik Indonesia 46 Cabang Pekanbaru. credit card
totaling 6,502 people. From the total population in this study, samples were
selected using the Slovin method and 96 samples were obtained. Based on the
Slovin method, a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique
uses stretified random sampling method, where sampling is done randomly
meaning random and simple, which means simple. Multiple Regression Analysis
through SPSS 20 software. The results showed that lifestyle achievers
segmentation significantly influence the behavior of credit card master card users
at Bank Negara Republik Indonesia 46 Cabang Pekanbaru. R value of 0.675 which
indicates a strong relationship between achievers segmentation lifestyle on the
behavior of master card credit card users at Bank Negara Republik Indonesia 46
Cabang Pekanbaru. R square of 0.456 means that achievers lifestyle segmentation
variables jointly cause changes in behavior of master card credit card users at
Bank Negara Republic of Indonesia 46 Pekanbaru Branch by 45.6%. While the
remaining 54.4% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
