Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Tasc (Thinking Actively In Social Context) Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik Pada Pokok Bahasan Laju Reaksi Di Kelas XI MIPA SMAN 15 Pekanba
The objective of this study is to determine the improvement of students’ critical thinking skills by using the TASC learning model. This research is classroom action research (CAR). Data collection instruments used were observation sheets. This research was conducted in class XI MIPA 2 of SMAN 15 Pekanbaru in the academic year 2019/2020. The results showed that the precentage of students’ critical thinking skills using the TASC model in the first cycle was 69,95% in the category critical enough, while in the second cycle it was 78,20% in the critical category. The magnitude of the increase in students’ critical thinking skills from the first cycle to second cycle is 8.25%. TASC learning model can improve critical thinking skills on the material reasction rate in class XI MIPA 2 is 8.25%.
