This final project discusses census information system VB .NET in the office of Bukit Batu village head's. The population data are done by hand, the process of managing this deficiency in some problems that arise include data processing slower, less accurate calculation of population data. Thus, in the manufacture of the count village population report unstructured. Making the information from the census using applications VB .NET and MySQL as a database, while design using use the system flow chart, diagram context (Context Diagram) chart tiered (Hirarchy Chart), a flow chart of the data (Data Flow Chart), a data dictionary (data dictionary), and diagrams ERD (Entity Relational diagram). This system can simplify and accelerate the process of government affairs work in the management of population data.
