Model Emisi Metan Melalui Mitigasi Sektor Pertanian Kampung Iklim Di Desa Mukti Jaya Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Provinsi Riau
Methane emissions of agriculture sector in Indonesia from year to year increase. To reduce the rate of methane emissions increase, the Indonesian government in 2012 through the Ministry of Environment launched the Kampung Kampan program. One of the villages included in Kampung Iklim Program is Mukti Jaya Village, Rimba Melintang Sub-district, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province. This research aims to make methane emission model of agriculture sector. The research was conducted through survey by field research method. Research location in Mukti Village Rimba Melintang District Rokan Hilir Regency Riau Province. The value of methane rice land emissions in Mukti Jaya Village from 2011-2015 has increased due to changes in some methane producing parameters. The use of Cisadane varieties produced the highest methane emissions compared to the Ciherang and Dodokan varieties of 0.00029 Gg CH4/year/ ha. Total acceptance of rice cultivation is Rp.2.274.960.000 with total cost of Rp.828.747.667 so obtained net revenue of Rp.1.446.212.333 or Rp. 13.147.384,85 / ha / MT. The value of Return Cost Ratio (R/C) of 2.74 indicates that R/ C> 1 then farming in Mukti Jaya Village is profitable or feasible to cultivate. Social factor of Mukti Jaya Village community is internal motivation is 88,53%, external motivation 84,22% and participation 87,77%. These social factors fall into very high categories. The contribution of internal motivation with external motivation is 46,30% while internal motivation contribution and external motivation with participation is equal to 54,40%. Model of IPCC methane emission modification (2006) is to involve a constant (C) through the multiplication of economic and social factors
