Pengaruh Supply Chain Management Dan Keunggulan Bersaing Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan ( Studi Pada Industri Kecil Dan Menengah Roti Di Kota Pekanbaru)

This study aims to look at the effect of supply chain management and competitive advantage on the performance of small industry companies and win bread in the city of Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was taken using a nonprobability sampling method, ie Saturated Sampling. The questionnaire was aimed at employees or owners of small and medium-sized bread industry in Pekanbaru City. The total sample population used is as many as 67 respondents from employees or owners of small and medium-sized industrial businesses in Kota Pekanbaru. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique through SEM-PLS software with WarpPLS 6.0. The results showed that supply chain management had a positive effect on company performance, supply chain management had a positive effect on competitive advantage. And competitive advantage has a positive effect on company performance and supply chain management has an effect on company performance through or without going through competitive advantage, but is more likely to directly influence company performance.
