Palm oil is one of the plants that are interested in the community, in addition to how to care for it which is quite easy also the results obtained from the fruit are quite satisfying. At the time of entering the age of logging, palm oil waste produced quite a lot. The community still cannot utilize palm oil tree trunk waste and tends to be left in the corner until it rots so that it can pollute the environment. To find out the level of resilience of oil palm wood, the authors tested the physical properties of wood. Based on the results of testing the water content of oil palm wood the outer base is in the range of 129.9% to 143.1%, the inside base is between 294.4% to 359.7%. Testing the density of oil palm wood on the outside base is 0.439 g / cm³ and the lowest value is 0.425 g / cm³, the inside base is in the range of 0.209 g / cm³ to 0.233 g / cm³. Testing the shrinkage of oil palm wood base at the base of the highest development test is 21.222% at the base of the deep, while the highest shrinkage test is 22.175% at the base of the deep. Testing of wood resistance to fungi for one month did not occur mushrooming at concentrations of 0%, 1%, 1.5% and 2% both inside and outside of oil palm wood. Testing the resistance of wood to beetle powder given biocide insecticide is very effective against insect destroyers of wood with 0.8% concentration.
