ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine: 1) the effect of professionalism on the performance of internal auditors, 2) the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of internal auditors, 3) the influence of work motivation on the performance of internal auditors.The population used in this study is BUMN branch of the city of Pekanbaru, Riau. The sample is determined using purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program.
