Efektivitas Penambahan Sumber Karbon Dan Probiotik Pada Teknologi Bioflok Terhadap Kinerja Pertumbuhan, Kelulushidupan Dan Kesehatan Ikan Nila Merah (Oreochromis Niloticus)
High density and intensive feeding will increase organic waste and reduce water quality in tilapia culture and have an effect on fish growth and survival rate. biofloc is a technology to overcome this by the addition of carbon sources and probiotics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of adding different carbon to the parameters of water quality, floc volume, growth and survival of red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), identify the density and type of probiotic bacteria and analyze the effect of adding probiotics with different time intervals to growth, survival and hematology of fish red tilapia that is maintained with a biofloc system. The research method is an experiment with three stages of research; the addition of carbon sources is different from the treatment treatments namely Control, Molasses, Tapioca, and Sugar. Isolation and identification of probiotic bacteria, and the addition of probiotics with different time intervals with the treatment namely Control, 5 days, 10 days, and 15 days. Biofloc was cultured in a volume of 100 L with a salinity of 17 ppt. Red tilapia stocked with 3-5 cm size as many as 30 fish/tank. Fish are fed twice a day at satiation for 40 days. The parameters of water quality, growth and hematology of fish are examined every 8 days. The results of the study with the addition of different carbon significantly (P
