Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Angka Melalui Media Puzzle Angka Pada Anak Usia 4–5 Tahun Di Tk Pembina Pulau Burung Kecamatan Pulau Burung Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
Prior to conducting classroom action research, background, problem formulation and research objectives need to be done in order to occur synchronization between the problem and research objectives. Because the purpose of the research is to solve the problem then if the problem formulation reads: "How can the application of the puzzle of numbers can improve the ability to recognize the numbers in children aged 4-5 years in the TK Pembina Pulau Burung Burung Island District Indragiri Hilir regency?", Then the appropriate destination is "To find out how the application of the puzzle of numbers can improve the ability to recognize the number of children aged 4-5 years in TK Pembina Pulau Burung Burung Island Subdistrict Indragiri Hilir". Once clear the problem and purpose of the research then followed by determining the numerical puzzle implementation indicator can improve the ability to recognize the number and sequence of activities in accordance with the grid of the ability to recognize numbers that have been designed previously. The sequence of activities that researchers pour in the Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH), through the instrument of data collection that is in the form of activity activities to know the number, activity sheet of teacher and activity activity sheet of the child. From the results of reflection in the form of evaluation of the implementation of learning, the researchers carry out follow-up actions to improve the deficiencies that occur in the implementation of learning in accordance with the planned action until the researchers feel satisfied that the actions that have been implemented have met success and can increase the ability to recognize numbers through the media puzzle numbers In children aged 4-5 years in TK Pembina Pulau Burung, Pulau Burung Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study was conducted in 2 cycles and each cycle three meetings. Data collection of this research was conducted in April 2017. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively between cycles, while the analysis of mastery of the ability to recognize numbers through the puzzle media on the number of children is done quantitatively. The amount of Increasing the ability to recognize numbers through the media puzzle of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in Kindergarten Pembina Island Birds Bird Island District Indragiri Hilir obtained results before cycle to cycle I of 32.90%, in cycle I to cycle II of 44.95 %, And before cycle to cycle II equal to 92,64%.
