Pengaruh Pengalaman Dan Teknologi Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Daya Saing Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Ukm Kerajinan Rotan Di Kecamatan Rumbai Provinsi Riau

This study aims to determine the effect of experience and technology on performance with competitiveness as an intervening variable in small and medium businesses in rattan crafts in Rumbai district. Riau Province. The population in this study were all small and medium entrepreneurs of rattan handicrafts in Rumbai District, totaling 100 employees.
Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is path analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS 26 using a sample technique that is the census method (100 employees of small and medium enterpises of rattan craft in Rumbai District).
The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of experience on the performance of employees of small and medium enterprises of rattan handicraft in Rumbai district, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of technology on the performance of employees of small and medium businesses of rattan crafts in Rumbai District, 3) there is an influence positive and significant experience on performance through the competitiveness of employees of small and medium enterprises of rattan handicraft in Rumbai District, 4) there is a positive and significant effect of technology on performance through the competitiveness of employees of small and medium enterprises of rattan crafts in Rumbai District, 5) there is a positive and significant influence of power competitiveness in the performance of employees of rattan handicraft small and medium businesses in Rumbai District.
