This thesis explores information system well tester PT. Mitra Abadi Sentosa
Web-based Prana. Making this application is one alternative to help work well
tester every day in doing well tester data processing and report generation. The
steps in the design of the application of this information system is to design a
flowchart, diagram context (context diagram), tiered chart (chart hyrarchy), data
flow diagram (DFD), and entity relationship diagram (ERD). The programming
language used is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and HTML by using MySQL as a
database that is a feature of the application appserv.
