Pengurangan Emisi Co2 Shifting Dari Kendaraan Pribadi Ke Trans Metro Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the reduction of CO2 emissions by mass
transportation. The increasing amount of transportation has a negative impact in
the form of air pollution. One of the mass transportation that is often used in
Pekanbaru City is the Bus Trans Metro Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to
analyze the reduction of CO2 emissions by mass transportation. Indonesia's Low
Emission Capacity Building is a method of reducing CO2 emissions of private
vehicles by conducting questionnaires for passengers who switch or shift to Trans
Metro Pekanbaru. The results of this study are CO2 emissions after the transition
of 602.68 ton CO2/year, the highest of 71.97 tonCO2/year on the 8A route, and the
lowest of 16.48 tonCO2/year. The results of the study can be as an effort to reduce
CO2 emissions from the mass transportation sector. Switching to the Trans Metro
Pekanbaru can reduce CO2 emissions more efficiently and save more CO2
emissions compared to using private vehicles
