Pemodelan Dispersi Sulfur Dioksida (So2) Dan Nitrogen Dioksida (No2) Dari Kegiatan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (Pltu) Tembilahan Menggunakan Aermod
ABSTRACT
Tembilahan coal-fired power plant operation produces emissions that one of
the parameters is SO2 and NO2. SO2 and NO2 emissions can have an impact on the
environment and health. In addition to measuring the concentration of pollutants
directly in the field, one way to find out the specific distribution of SO2 and NO2
pollutants can be done using AERMOD View software. The purpose of this study is to
map the distribution patterns of SO2 and NO2 generated from Tembilahan chimney
using AERMOD software, comparing SO2 and NO2 gas concentrations with ambient
air quality standards based on Government Regulation No. 41 of 1999, know the
comparison of simulation results in the rainy season and dry season, and know the
comparison of simulation results with the results of ambient air quality monitoring
from Tembilahan Power Plant. Modeling is done using meteorological data in a
period of 1 year by dividing the rainy season and dry season. The modeling results
show that the pollutant distribution pattern from Tembilahan coal-fired power plant
tends to head southwest according to the wind direction. The maximum SO2 and NO2
concentrations that occurred during 1 hour were 610.70 μg/m3, 353.56 μg/m3, 24
hours were 120.08 μg/m3, 69.52 μg/m3, and annual was 75.18 μg/m3, 43.53 μg/m3.
SO2 and NO2 pollutant concentrations are still below the established quality
standards so that it can be said that there is no direct impact on receptor receptors.
Dispersion of SO2 and NO2 pollutants in the dry season broad coverage of
concentrations is less than in the rainy season. Analysis of the simulation results with
measurement values in the field obtained a value of 100% both in SO2 pollutants and
NO2 pollutants.
