ABSTRACT
The development of the world of technology in the field of computers today, both
in hardware (hardware) and hardware (software) has grown rapidly and penetrated
to share the side of human life. Along with the development of computer
technology, especially in the field of information trigger the change of human
mindset to obtain information quickly, precisely and accurately. Vessel safety
information system that is running in Health Office Pelabuhan Class II Pekanbaru
is still done manually. The purpose of this information system is to simplify the
process of ship safety data processing and can more easily in the making of
reports. Making this information system using programming language Notepad
++, MySQL as Database. While in the design using DFD (Data Flow Diagram)
and diagram E-R (Entity Relationship).
