Sintesis One-Pot Dan Uji Bioaktivitas Analog Pirazolin 5-(3-Fluorofenil)-3-(Naftalen-1-Il)-1- Fenil-4,5-Dihidro-Pirazol

Pyrazoline is known as a heterocyclic compound that has various biological
activities such as antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, antimalarial, and
anticancer. Pyrazoline is a five-ring heterocyclic compound with three carbon
atoms and two adjacent nitrogen atoms. The various bioactivities of pyrazoline
were caused by the presence of heteroatom. Pyrazoline analog, 5-(3-
fluorophenyl)-3-(naphthalen-1-yl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-pyrazole (PF CN1-3F),
was synthesized by one-pot reaction between 3-fluorobenzaldehyde, 1-acetyl
naphthalen and phenyl hydrazine. Synthesis of pyrazoline PF CN1-3F was
catalyzed by KOH under microwave irradiation assisted and obtained yield of
46,8%. The purity of PF CN1-3F is determined by the TLC test, the measurement
of melting point and HPLC analysis. The structure of PF CN1-3F was confirmed
by UV, FTIR, NMR and GC-MS spectroscopic analysis. Pyrazoline PF CN1-3F
was evaluated for toxicity, antibacterial, and antioxidant activities. Pyrazoline
PF CN1-3F was showed toxicity with LC50 = 192,3 μg/mL. Pyrazoline PF CN1-
3F was indicated could not be the potential candidates eliciting antibacterial and
antioxidant activity.
