Upaya Program Usaha Ekonomi Kelurahan Simpan Pinjam (UEK-SP) Dalam Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Kota Pekanbaru

This study is a study of the efforts of saving and lending programs for urban economic enterprises in poverty alleviation in the city of Pekanbaru. One of the programs to accelerate development and fight poverty implemented by the regional government is to purchase a Village Empowerment Program (PPD) in the form of economic savings and loans. The saving and borrowing program is conducted in Pekanbaru City. The research method used is a descriptive research method, aimed at analyzing the role and impact of economic funds for savings and loan villages in poverty alleviation in the village of Maharatu Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City. The sample of respondents in this study included 78 people / lives or approximately 22% of the 354 households of UEK-SP beneficiaries in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Data collection techniques used questionnaires / questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results showed that UEK-SP's efforts to combat poverty have been successful. This is evidenced by the significant impact of UEK-SP services on poverty reduction and human resources on poverty reduction. The community's response to poverty reduction has been categorized as good and terartasi as many as 25 people / people (32.05%), while those less conquered are 16 people / people (20.51%) with a total of 41 people / people (52.56%). Regarding the moderate response overcome, there were 10 people / lives (12.82%), who were less resolved, there were 8 people / lives (10.26%) with a total of 18 people / lives (23.08 %). Inadequate response, there were 8 individuals / individuals (10.26%) and those less than 11 individuals / individuals (14.10%) with a total of 19 individuals / individuals (24.36%). Based on these results, overall poverty was overcome with a total of 43 people / people (55.13%) out of 78 people / people (100%) respondents. Key words: Program, savings and loans, poverty
