Pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepercayaan Dan Loyalitas Donatur untuk menunaikan Zakat, Infak Dan Sedekah (ZIS) pada Dompet Dhuafa Riau
This study aims to examine the effect of Promotion and Service Quality on Trust and Loyalty of Donors to fulfill Zakat, Infaq and Sedekah (ZIS) on Dompet Dhuafa Riau. This research used a questionnaire with 312 respondents of donators of Dompet Dhuafa Riau as the sample from a population of 1,420 individuals. Variable measurement used a Likert scale technique with a value scale from 1 to 5. To analyze between variables X1, X2 to Z through Y, the writer used path analysis statistical techniques (path) and to test the level of significance, the writer processed with the statistical program application called SPSS.
The results of the study concluded that: 1) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. 3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. 4) Promotion influences loyalty through trust. 5) Quality of service affects loyalty through trust.
