Pengaruh Harga, Promosi, Dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Perumahan Citragarden Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of price (X1), promotion (X2), and
location (X3) on purchase decision (Y) at CitraGarden Housing Pekanbaru. The
population of study was assumed from the number of units sold during the 2017-
2019 period, which is 140. And the samples were 60 people, it’s based on Slovin
formula. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove
the results of the study. To test the hypothesis of this study was used multiple
linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 24. The results
showed that: 1) price had a negative and significant effect on purchase decision,
2) promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchase decision,
3) location had a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, 4) price,
promotion, and location simultaneously affect on purchase decision.
