Pengaruh Strktur Kepemilikan Dan Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Financial Distress Pada Perusahaan Bumn Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2013-2018

ABSTRACT
This study aims to discuss the Structure of Ownership and Financial
Performance Against Financial Difficulties in SOEs Companies Listed in
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. This research was conducted at a stateowned
company. The population in this study are state-owned companies listed on
the Indonesia stock exchange. The sample used in this study amounted to 18
companies. The statistical method used to discuss research hypotheses is multiple
linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 21.0.
The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership variables do
not conflict with financial difficulties with a regression coefficient of 0.058 and a
significant value of 0.830 (alpha
ttable ie 0.215 1.983.
