Uji Konsorsium Trichoderma Sp. Dan Gliocladium Sp. Serta Kemampuannya Mengendalikan Penyakit Layu Fusarium Pada Tanaman Bawang Merah
This study was aimed to determine the compatibility of the fungus
Trichoderma sp. and Gliocladium sp. as well as their ability in obtaining the best
consortium in inhibiting F. oxysporum which causes fusarium wilt disease in
shallot plants. This research was conducted experimentally using a completely
randomized design (RAL) consisting of seven treatments (without biological
agents, T. harzianum, T. hamatum, Gliocladium sp., T. harzianum + Gliocladium
sp., T. hamatum + Gliocladium sp., T. harzianum + T. hamatum + Gliocladium
sp.). The collected data were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance and
the mean of each treatment was compared with Tukey's Honestly Significant
Difference Test (BNJ) at the 5% level. T. harzianum, T. hamatum and
Gliocladium sp. isolates were compatible and showed no clear zone when
consortized and grown on Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA). The fungus consortium
(T.harzianum + Gliocladium sp.), (T.hamatum + Gliocaldium sp.) and
(T.harzianum + T.hamatum + Gliocladium sp.) were able to inhibit the growth of
F. oxysporum which causes fusarium wilt disease in shallot plants. The fungus
consortium T. harzianum + T. hamatum + Gliocladium sp. is the consortium that
tends to be the best in inhibiting fusarium wild disease in shallot plants with a
disease intensity of 56.50%.
