Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Denganmotivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau I
The hospital is one business unit that provides services in the health sector. As one of the business units that provide services, the hospital has a social mission, in addition to being a business unit, including in this case Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital of Riau Province. Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital as a regional technical institution of the Riau Provincial Government in the field of health services and the only type B Education Regional Hospital of the Riau Provincial Government. This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Leadership and Workload on Nurse Motivation and Performance.
The population in this study were all inpatient nurses in Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital amounting to 487 people. The method of selecting samples in this study used the Slovin formula so that the number of samples obtained in this study was 100 nurses.
The results in this study that Leadership and Motivation have a significant positive effect on nurse performance. For workloads the results of the study have a significant negative effect on nurse performance. The results of the indirect effect that leadership and workload affect nurse performance through motivation.
