Pemanfaatan Geolical Carbon Sebagai Filler Pada Campuran Beton Dengan Fas 0.5
ABSTRACT
The importance of the performance of concrete construction demands an
adequate quality. Many research studies have been carried out to obtain alternative
discoveries, various ways have been done to produce concrete with even better
quality, one of which is by using synthetic materials in concrete with the addition
of Geolical Carbon which has been processed into graphane for all applications with
variations in the addition of several graphane layer by the high shear liquid peeling
method. This study aims to see the effect of what happens to concrete when
synthetic graphane is used as a filler.
This research was conducted by varying the levels of graphane based on
initial studies on mortar and space of 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, 12.5% and 15%.
Furthermore, mixed planning is carried out with graphane variations taken based
on the initial test of 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10%. The specimens were made into cubes
with a size of 15 cm x 15 cm with the aim of making it easier to do than using
cylinders and more economical in using materials, all tests were carried out within
28 days.
The maximum compressive strength value is obtained at the variation of
5% graphane addition, this value is 36.31% greater when compared to concrete
without the addition of graphane treatment, with an average compressive strength
value of 394.74 kg / cm².
