Sifat Mekanik Beton Geopolymer Fly Ash Bottom Ash (Faba) Hybrid Di Lingkungan Gambut
ABSTRACT
Hybrid geopolymers are fly ash bottom ash geopolymers with additional PCC
cement which aim in order to cure in ambient temperature. The research aims to
study mechanical properties of geopolymers hybrid concreate and PCC concrete
which is exposed to peat water for 0, 7, and 28 days after curing 28 days, such as
compressive strength, tensile strength and flexural strength. The results of the test
showed that the compressive strength of geopolymers hybrid concrete at the age
of 28 days increased by 15,15.% start from submersion begin with 22,60 MPa,
and also PCC concrete which increased by 24,61% start from submersion begin
with 29,24 MPa of compressive strength. The results of the test showed that the
tensile strength of geopolymers hybrid concrete at the age of 28 days also
increased by 5,11% start from submersion begin with 2,39 MPa, also for PCC
concrete which increased by 6,93% start from submersion begin with 2,87 MPa of
tensile strength. The results of the test shows that the flexural strength of
geopolymers hybrid concrete at the age of 28 days decreased by 5,65% start from
submersion begin with 3,03 MPa, and also with PCC concrete which decreased
by 2,75% start from submersion begin with 4,40 MPa of flexural strength. The
split tensile strength of PCC concrete and hybrid geopolymer concrete has a
value that is in accordance with the prediction of the tensile strength value based
on the SNI 2847 equation. Likewise, the flexural strength value of PCC concrete
and hybrid geopolymer concrete has a value that is still in according to prediction
of flexural strength value based on equations SNI 2847. This showed that every
test carried out has a relationship with one another.
