Uji Formulasi Pupuk Hayati Berbasis Limbah Cair Organik Dengan Konsorsium Bakteri Selulolitik Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Di Main Nursery
Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) holds a very strategic role in the
Indonesia economy. Plants that have reached the economic age of 25 years need
to be replanted using qualified oil palm seedlings. The qualified seedling is
obtained through proper fertilization. One of the efforts that can be done is to use
biofertilizer made from cellulolytic bacteria combined with organic liquid waste.
This study aimed to obtain the best cellulolytic bacteria consortium biofertilizer
based on organic liquid waste formulation on the growth of oil palm seedlings
(Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in the main nursery. This study used a completely
randomized design (CRD) consisting of 12 treatments namely, (20, 30, 40) ml
biofertilizer from rice washing water waste, (20, 30, 40) ml biofertilizer from
coconut water liquid waste, (20, 30, 40) ml biofertilizer from waste water tofu,
and (20,30,40) ml biofertilizer from palm oil mill effluent. The results showed
that the application of 20 ml, 30 ml, and 40 ml on the formulation of cellulolytic
bacteria consortium biofertilizer based on organic liquid waste (rice washing
water, coconut water, tofu water, and palm oil mill effluent) gave insignificantly
different results on the growth of oil palm seedlings. The use of inorganic
fertilizer must be increased again to 75% so that it can increase the growth of oil
palm seedlings.
