This Final Project discusses the Web-Based Natural Disaster Assistance Logistics Information System. Building an information system to make it easier for officers to log natural disaster logistical assistance. With this system can save time, place and energy. Information provided is more effective and efficient. Making this system uses HTML, PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases. While the design uses UML (Unified modeling language). The results achieved in this study are logistical assistance information systems can assist officers in carrying out work optimally represented by the existence of this application. Application output is logistical data collection in and out as well as available stock and logistics needs in each post.
