Sifat fisik dan kimia tanah, kadar hara daun dan pertumbuhan tanaman kelapa sawit (elaeis guineensis jacq.) Yang diaplikasi limbah solid
This research aims to study the application of solids in various soil conditions to improve soil physical and chemical properties, leaf nutrient content and growth of oil palm plants. On marginal lands, repair must be made in order to oil palm planting can grow well. The land that was applied solidly was ex-mining land and sub soil soil, while the land with a flat topography and not yet degraded as a control. The data analysis conducted was an orthogonal contrast test, namely: between control with solid and non-solid applications, between solid and non-solid applications, between solid applications (ex-mining and sub soil soils), between others without solid applications (ex-mining and sub soil). soil).
The results showed that solid application improved soil physical properties including lower bulk density, higher total pore space and water holding capacity, soil chemical properties including pH, C-organic, N, P, K, Mg, Ca and CEC, higher N and P leaf nutrient content and better plant growth, including taller plants, more midribs and larger stem diameter. Soil physical properties (water holding capacity), leaf K nutrient content and plant growth (addition of midribs) solid application on sub soil soil is better than solid application on ex-mining land. Soil physical properties (water holding capacity), soil chemistry (C-organic and K), and plant growth (plant height) without solid application on sub soil soils are better than without solid application on ex-mining land. Leaf nutrient content of N, P and K as well as plant growth including plant height, addition of midribs, and stem diameter in the control were better than solid and non-solid applications.
