Analisis Penurunan Pada Teknologi Mortar Busa Dalam Perencanaan Flyover Sp.Ska Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
Foamed mortar embankment is the latest technology in the embankment work. This
technology uses lightweight concrete containing foam as fill material to replace
conventional technology that uses soil as fill material for embankment. This
research aims to find out how effective and economical foamed mortar technology
is compared to conventional technology. The two types of embankments will be
analyzed using PLAXIS software. This research starts from the determining the soil
layer based on the results of testing at the site (Standard Penetration Test). Then
the process is continued by determining the soil parameters at each layer.
Parameters are determined through correlations between parameters. After that,
geometry modeling for both types of embankments can be started in PLAXIS
software. Analysis of settlement is carried out using PLAXIS software based on the
stages of workmanship at the site, the settlement that occurred will be checked for
compliance with the settlement criteria that have been required by Kimpraswil and
SCDOT. The final step is to do a unit price analysis on the two types of
embankments. The results showed that the settlement that occurred in foamed
mortar embankment fulfilled all required settlement criteria, whereas in
conventional embankment only met 4 out of 5 settlement criteria. In productivity
analysis, the foamed mortar embankment is considered superior to the conventional
embankment. It is known that the foamed mortar embankment can accelerate up to
50% of the constructing time on site. Based on the settlement that occurred and the
constructing time needed, foamed mortar embankment can be used as the best
choice. While in terms of cost, foamed mortar embankment is expensive. It is known
that the difference in the total cost of the two types of embankments reached Rp.
7.988.383.989 or about 40% of the total cost of the foamed mortar embankment.
