Pengaruh Modal Usaha, Teknologi, Dan Networking Dengan Peran Pemerintah Sebagai Moderating Terhadap Produktivitas UMKM Di Kota Pekanbaru

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) can be an alternative in opening
new jobs. However, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have various
micro problems that can hinder the development of MSMEs, especially in
optimizing existing opportunities. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in
Pekanbaru City from time to time continue to increase due to the growing
awareness of becoming entrepreneurs due to the unequal number of job seekers
and available job opportunities. However, to increase the productivity of MSMEs,
business capital and technology are not enough, MSMEs must also be supported by
the government, in this case, of course, there needs to be a role taken by the
government.
This study aims to analyze the effect of business capital, technology, networking
with the role of government as moderating the productivity of umkm in the city of
Pekanbaru, using the type of research used in this research is descriptive
quantitative by asking casual relationships (cause-effect) by using a research
questionnaire on 100 respondents who are SMEs with the medium business
category in the city of Pekanbaru.
Based on the research results, it is known that business capital has a significant
effect on the productivity of MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. The smoother the business
capital owned by business actors, the productivity of MSMEs will increase and vice
versa. Technology has a significant effect on the productivity of MSMEs in
Pekanbaru City. The better the use of technology, the productivity of MSMEs will
increase and vice versa. Networking affects the productivity of MSMEs in
Pekanbaru City. The better the Networking, the productivity of MSMEs in
Pekanbaru City will increase and vice versa. Business capital has a significant
effect on the productivity of MSMEs in Pekanbaru City with the role of the
government as a moderating variable. whether or not business capital is smooth,
accompanied by the role of the government, can have a significant impact on the
productivity of MSMEs. Technology does not have a significant effect on the
productivity of MSMEs with the role of government as a moderating variable.
Networking affects the productivity of MSMEs in Pekanbaru City with the role of
the government as moderation. The better the Networking which is supported by
the role of the government, the productivity of MSMEs will increase and vice versa.
