The religious pulpit is an education program on religion that is broadcast live on TVRI Riau, with a different theme each week eccording to the religious pulpit or religious beliefs of each, the religious pulpit program displays five kinds of religious, namelay: the pulpit of islam, protestant Christianity, catholisme, hiduism and Buddhism which are filled by different sources. The purpose of this study was to determine planning, organizing, the production managemen movement of the religious pulpit program in LPP TVRI Riau, and to find out how the TVRI supervised the religious pulpit program. This research was conducted to see the production management of the religious pulpit program using POAC theory, namely how to planning, organizing, actuating and controlling the religious pulpit program on TVRI. In a program presenting five kinds of religion of course the management of each religion is different, starting from finding sources, presenters and other performers.
This research uses descriptive qualitative method, interviews and documentation. This research uses a purposive method, namely the taking of sources using certain considerations. There were four informants in this study, namely the producer of the religious pulpit program who arranged the course of the program from planning to the and, the event director who gave directions to all the crew on duty and the performers, the cameramen who took pictures of the religious pulpit program performers and the stage decoration of the religious pulpit program.
The results of this research are the first to make arrangements for the religious pulpit program starting from content planning and cost planning. Second, make the arrangement of work relatives who are in charge of the religious pulpit program. The third is the movement of the production of the religious pulpit program live on TVRRI Riau which involves all the crew that have been determined and last is the supervision of the religious pulpit program by means of an evaluation carried out by the program producer of the religious pulpit directly.
