Responses are the result of an observation that is made in a person when making an observation on an object oran object is visible that akari leads to a conclusion by each person to give an explanation to an object or object that is seen, the response is divided in several forms such as question, approval, objection and opinion. The flowering hill tourist facility consists of: 1) the main facilities, 2) support facilities, 3) the research facility aims: to identify the responses of visitors to flowering hill attractions. The study uses a forceful descriptive method with the subject of precise research visitors that come at flowered hill attractions of 50 at random. This was done by observation, by questionnaire and documentary. Data measurement techniques use the likert scale of data presentation and deduction drawing. And research shows that the response of visitors to the obiek blooms in the lower indragiri districts includes both the main facilities, support facilities and support facilities in the areas of interest.
