Pengaruh Partisipasi Siswa Pada Organisasi Ekstrakurikuler Rohis Terhadap Perilaku Beragama Di SMA Handayani Kota Pekanbaru

The background of this research is the existence of extracurricular Islamic Spirituality (Rohis) in Handayani Senior High School, Pekanbaru City, which is useful for students' religious development because the schedule in the school curriculum is deemed insufficient. Then the role of rohis becomes very important for students to explore the teachings of Islam so that they can become students who have good religious attitudes including creed and worship. This study aims to determine how much influence the participation of students in the extracurricular spiritual organization on religious behavior in Handayani High School, Pekanbaru City. This research uses a quantitative approach, using population research, data collection techniques and data analysis techniques. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique is used is the product moment correlation. From the research conducted on 25 students showed student participation in the spiritual organization is in the good category and 18 or 72% have a very good category. While the religious behavior variable obtained results of 16% are in good categories and 21 or 84% have very good categories. In this study the authors get the result that the experience of participating in religious organizations has an influence on religious behavior. This can be seen in the correlation calculation that = 0.086 means significant, because. with a significance value of 0.000
