Critical thinking is a high-level thinking ability (High Order Thinking Skills), including the ability to analyze and evaluate what learners need as life skills that are in accordance with the demands of 21st century learning. New challenges for educators arise in line with the enactment of Distance Learning during the pandemic so that interactive teaching materials are needed to improve the HOTS

of learners. Elektronic-Worksheet of Learners is the right solution in optimizing the Distance Learning program in Chemistry lessons on solution equilibrium material. The use of Elektronic-Worksheet of Learners aims to grow hots of learners. This article was written using literature study methods and journal identification using ProQuest, Research Gate, and Schoolar search engines which were then analyzed and written using Mendeley. A total of 40 journals were analyzed for conclusions with a time span of publication from 2010-2020. Elektronic-Worksheet of Learners is designed using Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro Extended application to provide students with the opportunity to practice technology skills and the ability to solve HOTS problems in chemistry. From the literature review and analysis obtained that Elektronic-Worksheet of Learners is one of the effective teaching materials, especially in solution equilibrium material that requires learners to be able to solve HOTS-based problems. Research design with Plomp model is considered suitable in developing Elektronic-Worksheet of Learners.
