effect of leadership and organizational culture on work motivation and employee performance at PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Branch. The research method used is Proportional Cluster Sampling and Random Sampling methods and obtained 130 people as the sample. Parameter demand is leadership, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis
The result of research shows that there was an influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee motivation and performance. And there is the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation.
