Faktor-Faktor Yang Menyebabkan Stunting Pada Balita: Literature Review

Stunting is a state of height index according to age below minus two standard deviations
based on WHO standards. Stunting is a long-term manifestation of low-quality diet
consumption factor, recurrent infectious disease, and environment. The aim of this study is
to conduct a systematic review of reasearch article which factors of stunting to toddlers.
The method of this research was Systematic Literature Review (SLR). In the research, the
researcher got 8 articles with secunder analysis method from literature review by science
database consist of SINTA, Wiley Online and Google Scholar. The paper should be
released in 2016-2020 2020 include the national and international publish. In paper
searching proscess, writer used 2 kind of keywords in different language which is Bahasa
Indonesia and English, the keywords is ”factors of stunting to toddler” and “factors of
stunting to toddler. There is 56 papers matched with the keywords and conducted the
selections proscess using inclution and eklusion critheria. We found 8 papers include 3
different country which is Indonesia, Vietnam and Nepal. The result of this literature
review shows total respondent were 91.668, that from 8 studies presented factors that cause
stunting were non-exclusive breastfeeding, history of infectious diseases, incomplete
immunization status, energy intake level consist of protein; calsium and fosfor, birth
weight, maternal education, family income,feeding patterns, mother’s height, environment,
maternal work and antenatal care (ANC).For the further reasearch its is recommed to
disscuss more about factors affected of stunting to toddlers.
