This research departs from Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 73 of 2018.
Based on Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 73 of 20-18 Chapter I article I Smart
Rescue is a fire disaster service application that can be accessed online. Smart
Rescue works as well as the role of information technology as a technique for
receiving, verifying and responding to fire event information reports. Smart
Rescue information technology system is very important in the fire fighting
process related to response time or response time, i.e. the total calculated from
the time the fire news is received, the delivery of fire fighting forces and facilities
to the fire location until the conditions are ready to carry out the blackout
operation marked by the first water outing or water spraying The purpose of this
study is to analyze fire management efforts in Pekanbaru city based on Pekanbaru
Mayor Regulation No. 73 of 2018 on Smart Rescue Information Technology
System and analyze the Causative Factors of The Failure of Implementation of
Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 73 of 2018 On Smart Rescue Information
Technology System in Fire Fighting Service.
This research uses qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive
approaches whose purpose is to dIscribe and describe situation and in it there is a
descriptive effort, the data used in this study is primary data and secondary data.
Primary data is obtained directly from informants in the form of observations and
interviews, while secondary data is obtained through books, journals, laws, local
regulations, Information Commission regulations, and documentation.
The results showed that the implementation of fire management efforts in
Pekanbaru city based on Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 73 of 2018 on Smart
Rescue Information Technology System Namely: Utilizing Smart Rescue
Information Technology to Encourage Good Government Service With EGovernment
Concept. Socialize the use of Smart Rescue app to- all stakeholders
and communities in- the Fire Service. Optimal Service in Fire Affairs. Pekanbaru
Mayor Regulation No. 73 of 2018 is appropriate but not for fire fighting service
work This is because the fire fighting service has not been able to increase the
percentage of Smart Rescue users in Pekanbaru.
