Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Kebutuhan Melaut Terhadap Kepuasan Nelayan Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (Pps) Bungus Provinsi Sumatera Barat
ABSTRACT
Ocean Fishing Port of Bungus is one of the fishing ports of type A in Indonesia. PPS
Bungus have an important role in fishing operation, In supporting fishing operations,
PPS Bungus has an important role in providing services to the needs of seafarers.
Providing services will affect the level of fisherman satisfaction. This study aims to
further analyze the influence of each variable of the quality of service to the needs of
fishing on fisherman satisfaction. The research was conducted at the Bungus Ocean
Fishing Port (PPS). The study was conducted in September 2020 for 10 days. Data
collection using the interview method to 41 respondents. Data analysis using Multiple
Regression using 5 variables refers to Parasuraman et al., (1988). The results of
multiple regression analysis, showed that Y = 9,38 - 0,0156 X1 + 0,0512 X2 - 0,1658
X3 + 0,2511 X4 + 0,0621 X5. The value of Determination Coefficient (R2) was 0,2806
or 28,06%. This value indicated that approximately 28,06%. of the customer
satisfaction (Y) was influenced by Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance
(X3), Empathy (X4), and Physical Evidence s (X5). Meanwhile, the remaining 71,49%
was determined by other variables which will not be discussed in this report.
