Tinjauan Kinerja Jalan Pada Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kota Pekanbaru Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus Ruas Jalan Pada Sta 0+992,5 – 1+180)

ABSTRACT
The high value of side friction on a road will cause a decrease in road performance.
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of service at Jalan Jenderal
Sudirman, Pekanbaru City during the current Covid-19 Pandemic. The research
conducted includes surveys on traffic volume, side friction, road geometric, and light
vehicle speed. The research was conducted for 3 days, namely Monday, Thursday
and Saturday. The location of this research is on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Pekanbaru
City, the length of the research location segment is + 200 meters with the type of
road 3/1 TT. For this study, it is calculated per lane or one-way road. From the survey
results, data can be obtained which will then be calculated using the 2014 Indonesian
Road Capacity Guidelines for Urban Roads. From the survey data and then processed
using PKJI 2014 obtained the highest traffic flow on Monday of 4,732.2 skr / hour
(North direction), and 4,234.0 skr / hour (South direction) with the degree of
saturation (Ds) North Direction of 0.91 > 0.85 , it is obtained that the service level of
road E is that Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, North and South, is a traffic volume approaching
or at its capacity, the flow is not stable with conditions that often stop.
