Pengaruh Kebijakan Desentralisasi Investasi Terhadap Peluang Tenaga Kerjadi Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2015 - 2019

Decentralization is one of the policies that affect employment in a region.
The absorption of labor through decentralization policy will have an impact on
the economic growth of a region, one of which is decentralization of investment.
Decentralization of investment contained in Regulation No. 5 of 2009 can
optimize the use of local workers in protecting the rights of local workers and
avoid social jealousy, which aims to reduce the unemployment rate, and can
improve the welfare of the local population. Therefore, the research seeks to
discuss the influence of investment decentralization policy on labor absorption to
discuss the process of absorption of labor and factors inhibiting productive age
that has not worked in Kampar Regency.
This study uses phenemenological approach, qualitative method using
data from 2015 to 2019 in Kampar Regency. With 14 informants. The result of
this study is that investment desntralization policy has an effect on job openings
with government control and the company's commitment to the absorption of
labor with applicable legislation, as well as increased self-capacity for a job
seeker or a pencaker.
