Strategi Pemerintah Kabupaten Lingga Dalam Meraih Penghargaan Piala Adipura Tahun 2018

This study aims to analyze the strategies used by the Lingga Regency
Government in winning the 2018 Adipura Cup award and the determinants of the
success of the Lingga Regency Government in winning the 2018 Adipura Cup
Award. This research uses qualitative research methods in order to present
systematic, factual data and be accurate regarding the facts on the ground using
the Kotten Strategy Type Theory. Data collection techniques are carried out
through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data obtained
were presented descriptively, namely describing or telling the results of the
research in logical sentences so that they could be understood and easily
understood.
The results showed that in winning the 2018 Adipura Cup award, the
Lingga Regency Government implemented a Corporate Strategy Type by making
the Adipura Program a priority program in the Lingga Regency Environmental
Service Strategic Plan. Furthermore, the Lingga Regency Government uses a
Program Strategy by improving facilities and infrastructure at monitoring points
according to the Adipura assessment criteria, increasing community participation
in waste management, maximizing existing facilities and infrastructure and
increasing coordination with all elements of society and OPD. The Lingga
Regency Government also uses a Resource Support Strategy by making various
efforts to support the shortage of existing Resources. Then the type of strategy
used is the Institutional Strategy by determining the Lingga Regent Decree
specifically for this Adipura program. The determinant factors determining the
success of Lingga Regency in winning the Adipura Cup award in 2018 are the
strong commitment of the Lingga Regency government to win the Adipura Cup,
coordination between agencies in Lingga Regency, community participation and
resource utilization.
