Pengaruh Inovasi Produk Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Toko Kue L’cheese Factory Kota Pekanbaru
This study was conducted to determine the effect of product innovation
and price towards purchase decisions and consumer satisfaction at L’Cheese
Factory Pekanbaru City. As for the population in this study were consumers of the
L'Cheese Factory cake shop in Pekanbaru City. while, in the sampling using
Nonprobability Sampling wich the technique used is purposive sampling in order
to obtain a total sample of 112 respondents. Data analysis in this study is Path
Analysis with the help of has SPSS version 23.
The results of this study showed that the product innovation positive and
significantly influence purchase decisions on L’Cheese Factory Cake Shop
Pekanbaru City. Price negative and significantly influence purchase decisions on
L’Cheese Factory Cake Shop Pekanbaru City. Purchase Decisions positive and
significantly influence cosumer satisfaction on L’Cheese Factory Cake Shop
Pekanbaru City. Product innovation positive and significantly influence consumer
satisfaction through purchase decisions on L’Cheese Factory Cake Shop
Pekanbaru City. And price negative and significantly influence consumer
satisfaction through purchase decisions on L’Cheese Factory Cake Shop
Pekanbaru City.
