Analisis Pelaksanaan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Di SD Al-Ulum Islamic School Pekanbaru
Schools are increasingly aware of the importance of implementing Human
Resource Management (HRM) in education. Such is the implementation of HRM at
Al-Ulum Islamic School Pekanbaru Elementary School (SD AIS Pekanbaru). The
existence of quality human resources is believed to be a determining factor in
producing graduates who: think critically, independently, have a good character,
uphold diversity, collaborative, and creative. For this reason, it is very important to
implement a management process, which includes: planning, organizing and
monitoring, as well as the existence of effective coaching so as to produce
professional HR.
The results showed that human resource management planning at SD AIS
Pekanbaru needs Educators and Education Personnel (PTK), recruitment procedures
and job descriptions. This generally fulfills the objectives of planning, which include:
(1) Planning is a way or means to anticipate and record changes; (2) Planning
provides direction; (3) Planning can avoid or minimize overlap and waste; (4)
Planning establishes objectives and standards that will be used to facilitate
supervision. SD AIS Pekanbaru has ensured that the resources to be determined
understand the goals that must be achieved. Furthermore, it deals with
organizational values and culture and creates not only rational and tangible aspects
such as structure and technology, but also creators of ideology, language, beliefs.
The design, determination of resources, assignment of responsibilities, and
delegation of authority as a form of organizing human resource management at SD
AIS Pekanbaru is described in an organizational structure that regulates: (1) division
and work relations, including: delegation of authority, responsibility, and
coordination; and (2) career path. The organizational structure of the school is
equipped with: (1) a job description with due observance of a reasonable workload;
(2) but there is no competency standard that must be met. The actuating of human
resource management at SD AIS Pekanbaru is carried out through a directing
function. Leaders at every level have provided guidance, in the form of: socialization,
guidance, and motivation so that PTK can fulfill what has been set in the work
program and procedures. Supervision of human resource management at SD AIS
Pekanbaru is carried out if deemed necessary, flexible and according to needs. This
has the potential for not maximizing the supervisory function and will result in a lack
of assurance that supervision is carried out in accordance with what has been
determined.
